Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Willaston mechanical & tyres, we allocate time, staff, and workspace specifically for your booking. While we do not require deposits, cancellation fees apply to help cover lost booking time.

Rescheduling

• Your first reschedule is free of charge, provided we are notified.

• Any further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days’ notice: $25 cancellation fee

• Within 7 days of your booking: $75 cancellation fee

• Within 24 hours of your booking or failure to attend (no-show):Full booking fee applies

Cancellation fees are charged to cover preparation time and lost availability. We appreciate as much notice as possible — if something unexpected comes up, please contact us and we’ll always aim to be reasonable.

Previously Repaired or Painted Alloy Wheels

During tyre fitting and removal, specialised equipment is used to safely remove and install tyres. If your wheels have previously been repaired or repainted, there is an increased risk of paint lifting, chipping or flaking during this process due to the adhesion of the existing paint coating.

Where a wheel has been previously refinished, Willaston cannot accept liability for paint damage resulting from inadequate preparation, poor adhesion or previous repair work.

However, if any damage is determined to have been caused by incorrect fitment procedures or negligence on our part, we will take full responsibility and rectify the issue accordingly.

By proceeding with tyre replacement on previously repaired or painted wheels, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
